Shipping Policy

Mayita’s Café currently ships to addresses within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at launch. Additional destinations may be added as our fulfillment capabilities grow.

Order Processing

Coffee may be roasted, ground, packaged, and shipped by an approved fulfillment partner after an order is placed. Estimated processing times are displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown during checkout based on the order, destination, and available carrier services. Any free-shipping promotion will be subject to the terms displayed with that offer.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping-confirmation email after the carrier accepts the package. Tracking information may take additional time to update.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates unless a carrier expressly provides a guaranteed service. Mayita’s Café is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will assist customers with eligible carrier inquiries and claims.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@mayitascafe.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Contact support@mayitascafe.com within seven days of delivery if an order arrives damaged or incorrect. Include the order number and photographs when applicable. For missing shipments, contact us promptly so we can review tracking information and work with the fulfillment partner or carrier.

Food Safety

Do not consume a product if its packaging is open, damaged, contaminated, or appears to have been tampered with. Retain the product, packaging, and shipping label and contact us for instructions.

Shipping terms may be updated when Mayita’s Café adds products, carriers, fulfillment partners, or shipping destinations.
