Coffee Subscription Policy

Mayita’s Café subscriptions renew automatically according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout. The payment method on file will be charged for each scheduled order, along with any applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Customers may pause, skip, resume, or cancel a subscription through their customer account. Changes should be completed before the next scheduled billing date. Once a recurring order has been processed or entered fulfillment, it may not be canceled.

Updating or canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed. If you need assistance, contact Mayita’s Café at info@MayitasCafe.com.

Product availability may vary. If a subscribed coffee becomes unavailable, Mayita’s Café will contact the customer regarding an appropriate replacement, delayed shipment, or refund.
